Durch die zentrale Lage des Appartements sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Der erste Eindruck von der Außenansicht der Appartmentanlage war erschreckend wegen des heruntergekommenden Zustandes des Hauses (Hausflur ,Hof ,Fahrstuhl). Réponse de l'hôtelier: Thank you for this comment. The house was built in the 1920s. Our apartments are located in a normal old building and not in an independent hotel building. El apartamiento dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia más que confortable, sin dudas volverìa . Sin embargo, debo confesar que al ingresar al edificio me llevé una desilusiòn muy grande por el estado de abandono del mismo. Una vez adentro del apart, todo cambiò radicalmente, por suerte !!!! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und fühlen uns in den drei Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes optimal "betreut". Unsere beiden Fahrräder durften in der 4. Etage auf einem kleinen Balkon parken und waren somit wirklich sicher. Wegen Bauarbeiten an den Gasleitungen in der Straße hatten wir kurzfristig kein warmes Wasser. Für uns als Radfahrer kein Problem - die "Hausmannschaft" hat sich x-mal entschuldigt und uns mit einem Preisnachlass und einem leckeren Tokaier getröstet - Danke ! Traduire ce commentaire du client

We found the apartment spotless cleaned. Everything we needed was there and it was all in immacualte order. Perfect size apartment for the 2 of us and we are going back again next april. Location in walking distance to everything. Also having the owner close too with any information we wanted was just perfect. We lookforward to next stay in Budapest in the same apartment.
