the apartment is perfectly situated and well heated (if you come in the winter time). due to its central location you safe a lot of time reaching your destinations and could return anytime for a break, changing your clothes or do whatsoever. there is a 7days/ 24hours open supermarket just around the corner which is very convenient too.
if you are one of the species who carry even on vacation a laptop with you;-) you will appreciate the fast and free wlan connection. there's also set up a pc though we didn't use it.
norbert had good tips where to go in the evenings/ at night and was really cool in telling us. we stayed 4 days and enjoyed it very much so.

Ho trovato l'appartamento molto carino, moderno, ben arredato e in ottima posizione sia per spostarsi a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. I lati negativi non erano particolarmente rilevanti, ma se proprio dovessi trovarli sono: Lo specchio del bagno e l'attaccapanni decisamente troppo alti, il computer un po' "datato" e la porta d'ingresso poco isolante.

El apartamento nos ha gustado mucho, muy confortable, limpio y sobre todo muy céntrico. Si a alguien le preocupa el frio en el invierno, decirle que tiene muy buena calefacción y por la noche hace hasta calor con la funda nórdica. Está en una zona muy tranquila. El propietario Andras es muy majo y muy dispuesto a hacerte la estancia más agradable.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de l'appartement occupé 4 jours en novembre 2009:
Localisation: parfait car en plein centre près du métro, mais en même temps dans
une petite rue très tranquille. Nous avons pu faire la plupart de nos visites à
pied même à Buda en traversant le pont des chaînes.
L'appartement: très moderne, bien insonorisé, vaisselle- électroménager, cable
TV, internet est parfait.On avait m^eme du café et du lait à notre arrivée.
Enfin le prix est correct et le propriétaire présent à notre arrivée est très
sympathique.
En conclusion: le chox parfait pour passer quelques jours dans cette belle ville
de Budapest.
